Your tasks
Your tasks will include
- welcoming and checking in guests
- Accompanying guests during their stay
- Monitoring and controlling the booking channels and systems
- Active guest service both in the front office and in the restaurant
- working closely with the other departments to offer guests a special experience
- Consideration of individual special requests from guests
- Active participation in the optimisation of processes throughout the hotel
- Active collaboration in menu planning and warehouse management
Your profile
We would like you to
- Communication skills
- Experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
- Organisational talent and a passion for being a host
- Technical knowledge of Word, Exel and the rough handling of reservation systems
- Foreign language skills
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and stress resistance
- Flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and public holidays
