In our cosy restaurant and on the terrace with a view of the picturesque gondola harbour, our kitchen offers you specialities from our Swabian homeland. Selected products from the region are served. Depending on the season, we serve flavoursome spring vegetables, fresh asparagus or tender venison from local forests.

Of course, our menu also includes fish specialities with fresh fish from Lake Constance. Of course, everything is light, particularly wholesome and prepared with love by master chefs. We also like to serve crunchy fruit from the famous orchards of the Lake Constance region, either as an imaginative dessert creation or just to bite into. Delicious!

We attach great importance to the conscious use of our resources and sustainable management. This is why we source the ingredients for our cuisine from partners in the region wherever possible, i.e. from farms and growers in the immediate vicinity, from the Lake Constance region, the Allgäu and also from the Bregenz Forest in Vorarlberg. We simply know what we are getting - namely the highest quality. You'll be pleased about that. And the environment benefits from short delivery routes and reusable transport boxes.
