Your tasks

Your tasks will include

welcoming and checking in guests
Accompanying the guest during their stay
Monitoring and controlling the booking channels and systems
Active guest service both in the front office and in the restaurant
working closely with the other departments to offer guests a special experience
Consideration of individual special requests from guests
Active participation in the optimisation of processes throughout the hotel

Your profile

We would like you to

Communication skills
Experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
Organisational talent and a passion for being a host
Technical knowledge of Word, Excel and dealing with reservation systems
Language skills in German and English
Ability to work in a team, reliability and stress resistance
Flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and public holidays
